Hi! Hello! Howdy!

My name is Jill Meador, and I am currently a senior at Oklahoma State University pursuing a degree in Agricultural Communications with a minor in Ag Economics and Agribusiness. I have done freelance contract work with Oklahoma Living magazine and I run a full-time photography business. I'm so happy you're here!
How I got here!
I am a sixth-generation cattle rancher and agriculturalist from western Oklahoma. My appreciation for agriculture and the cattle industry started at a young age working on my family's farm where we raise registered Angus cattle. Our operation focuses on consistent genetics and improving profits. The drive I have to advocate for agriculture was shaped by the rural community that raised me. It's a community built on integrity, honesty and humility.
I find most of my joy with a camera in hand, walking through a green pasture or asking people about their story. My creativity is what drives my passion to communicate effectively to consumers and bridge the gap between pasture and plate.
